Kathryn Mastandrea is exceptional. She is quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating with scheduling time for me. She was available on short notice to arrange showings. Case in point, the condo I had purchased was on the market for less than one day when I toured it. I fell in love with the place instantly- the beautiful historic charm of the building, its location, and the relatively low asking price made it very desirable. I knew that others would think the same, especially since there were so many other people waiting to see the place too. Early that next day I put in a very strong offer, but the sellers were slow to accept because they were waiting to hear back from other buyers. Upon knowing this, Kay was persistent and really fought hard for the sellers to accept my offer, and within a couple of hours, I had a signed contract. Thank goodness for her, because soon afterward, the sellers received several backup offers. If it weren't for Kay, I wouldn't have gotten the place! Later at the closing when there was a delay with the wire transfer coming through, she really went above and beyond to make sure that everything went as smoothly as it could, and was giving me updates by the minute!
